Our Mission & Heartbeat
We are a relationally driven counseling practice built on the belief that you are inherently valuable, capable of growth, and wired for connection. True healing happens in safe, honest, and even playful relationships—not in isolation. The heartbeat of our work is your relationship: the trust you build with your counselor, the joy you experience in our office, and the ripple effect that extends into your family, friendships, community, and future generations.

The Difference
Here, it isn’t only about symptom relief. Your healing journey is guided by the Healing Our Core Issues Model, which shapes both individual therapy and intensives. You also have access to couples therapy, play therapy, EMDR, LENS Neurofeedback and specialized intensives designed with you in mind.
Your struggles aren’t random or hopeless—they’re places where your growth was interrupted or where you were wounded. Those places can be healed through compassion, awareness, and new experiences of connection.
Our space feels different, too. Many clients describe it as the first place they could finally exhale—a place where you feel safe, seen, and like you’ve “arrived home.” Here, laughter and play sit alongside deep healing work, because your wholeness requires both.

Values & Culture
Your healing matters too much to settle for quick fixes or “whatever makes you happy.” We are a values-based practice, holding ourselves accountable to honesty, transparency, and responsibility. We are grounded in kindness, hope, honor, and respect—and you’ll experience those values in the way we care for you.
We also believe who your therapist is matters as much as the work you do together. That’s why we invest in our counselors’ personal and professional growth. When they feel safe, supported, and encouraged, you can too. We balance the seriousness of trauma work with rhythms of play, community, and joy so that you—and your therapist—can thrive.

The Impact
If you walk away with just one transformation, it will be this: to feel more connected—to yourself, to others, and the world around you.
Clients often say their work here feels different than anywhere else. You may feel less alone, more anchored in who you are, and more hopeful about your relationships.
And that healing doesn’t stop with you—it ripples outward into your family, community, workplace, and church, creating healthier systems for generations to come.
