Hi, I’m Sara Keith — and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I believe counseling can be one of the most meaningful gifts you can give yourself. Beginning the process takes real courage, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside anyone choosing this kind of healing work.

I hold a Master’s and Educational Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Harding University and have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings — private practice, outpatient clinics, and schools. I’m especially passionate about walking with teens, young adults, and women navigating grief, anxiety, depression, and seasons of transition or disconnection from themselves.

My approach draws from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed therapies. I have specialized training in the Healing Our Core Issues (HOCI) model, which helps clients reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been hurt or left behind. Together, we engage the whole person — body, mind, heart, and spirit — to build a secure sense of self and rediscover joy and connection. You might find us exploring reparenting and experiential techniques, somatic or mindfulness practices, or simply slowing down enough to listen to what your body and story are trying to say.

Because I believe healing happens in the real, lived world too, I offer walk-and-talk nature sessions when the weather allows — and I’m growing a therapeutic gardening practice as well. Nature has always been a grounding force in my own life, whether I’m hiking, scuba diving, skiing, or tending plants at home.

What I love most about this work is watching people uncover who they were always meant to be — unique, whole, and deeply worthy of love. My hope is that therapy with me feels warm, safe, and honoring of your full humanity. You don’t have to walk alone. I’d be honored to join you on the path toward healing and wholeness.
