We each have a story — one that’s layered, complicated, and entirely our own. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck inside it: stuck in patterns, thoughts, worry, or sadness. Therapy is a space to bring your whole self — the parts you treasure and the parts you hide — and to gently interrupt the rhythms that keep you tethered. My hope is that counseling becomes a place where you can pause, reflect, and connect with who you are.
I believe this work is both sacred and messy. Life holds moments of beauty and kindness right alongside grief, fear, and uncertainty. In the therapy room, I want to offer a quiet, safe space where you can “muck through it all” — where meaning can emerge, compassion can grow, and you can begin to feel less stuck and more at home in your own story.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Mental Health Service Provider distinction and earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University. Over the past several years, I’ve worked with individuals and families in private practice, clinical, and school-based settings. My focus is with adult women and teens navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relational wounds, and questions of faith and identity. I’m also trained in EMDR, which I use alongside client-centered and experiential approaches to help clients integrate and heal at their own pace.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running, baking old family desserts, or hosting friends around my table. I love games, puzzles, and exploring new trails with my husband, son, and our very loved dog. Those small, ordinary joys remind me that healing doesn’t just happen in big moments — it grows quietly in the everyday.
Your story is worthy of being heard, and I’d be honored to hold space for it with you.
